If you want ranged attacks - handbows and/or dark riders with crossbows are a much better choice.ġ80 range would allow you to instarout units like Emp Crossbowmen/HE archers/Bret Bowmen due to shock damage with almost no counterplay, 3 of these guys, instashatter 1 foot archer with 1 volley and procces to melt the next until the opponent has no ranged and is fully victim to WE wolf pack tactics, I think WE should stay a bit vulnerable to archer fire while still holding the advantage like they do now. You end up moving forward with nothing to shoot against and risk getting charged by enemy cav.
